Did you know?: Do you know what Clams are also called? Did you guess?!? Steamers! Clams also filter the ocean after it rains to keep it clean.
Try Steamers! Fill a steaming pan with 2 cups of water or a can of beer than put in the Steamers and steam for 12 minutes. After they are fully steamed drain the Steamers and save the left over broth in the pan, so you can dip the Steamers into it and clean them. Also make sure to melt butter to dip the Steamers in as well and be sure to peel off the beard of the Steamer before you eat it! |
